AG.Cura

Type: Curing agent for concrete

DESCRIPTION

• Liquid curing agent, based on water, which protects the concrete from the effects of dehydration caused by heat and wind

• Applied on the concrete surface, forming a continuous film of white color, which acts as a barrier against excessive loss of kneading water

• Provides an efficient cure, without interruption, avoiding cracks without changing the handle and the final mechanical resistance of the hardened concrete

• Eliminates the traditional methods of humid curing, reducing costs

• Ready to use, easy and quick to apply

• Tested and approved by ABCP (Brazilian Association of Portland Cement), the AG.cure meets the requirements of ASTM C 309-11, ABCP test report No. 84258

USAGE

• The AG.cure should be applied on the concrete after the deformation of prefabricated elements or the concreting of floor, concrete floors and slabs

• Concrete with large exposed area (exposed concrete)

• Prefabricated elements

• Concrete pavements

• Floors and concrete slabs after final finishing

APPLICATION

• ATTENTION: The AG.cure comes ready to use, do not mix or dilute with other product

• Surface preparation: Apply AG.cure on the surface of the still fresh concrete after the exudation of water and loss of surface gloss

• Apply AG.cure over the entire surface of the concrete with the aid of a low-pressure spray (manual, mechanical or automatic)

• The concrete surface should be left with a whitish coloring delimiting the area where the AG.cure was applied, forming a protective film

• The AG.cure allows the concrete to cure efficiently, keeping the most of its property

• See Technical Data, MSDS sheet and Emergency Form of AG.cure for more information
