WHO WE ARE

INNOVATION AND QUALITY

Since 1991, Coplas has aimed to understand the needs of the construction industry, know the trends and manufacturing processes, to develop the most appropriate solutions for each construction system. Expanding each year its line of innovative products through launching of plastic spacers, accessories and chemicals releases. Coplas focuses on customer satisfaction through excellence in its distinguished services. Trusting its expertise to the construction industry, it maintains the quality of materials, fair price (solutions which represent only 0.2% of total construction costs), product inventory and efficient logistics.

PERFORMACE AND PRODUCTIVITY

The Coplas solutions address all phases of the work. The ease in which the spacers and accessories are applied collaborates with increased productivity in the works and factories. Plastic spacers are available in coverings provided at NRB 6118 and 9062, for various steel gauges, contributing to performance (NBR 15575) and safety of the work safety (NR 18). Centralizing and positioning the reinforcements correctly, protecting them against the harmful effects of corrosion.

SUSTAINABILITY

Mobilized with the rise of sustainability in the corporate sphere, Coplas collaborates:

In the environmental context: with products manufactured with recycled raw material, where the waste generated in manufacturing is reincorporated in the process. All Coplas plastic products are recyclable. Catalogs and brochures are printed in certified print shops by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), where the papers used come from responsible sources that preserve the environment through proper forest handling.

In the social sphere: sponsoring social responsibility programs through the cultural support of books and events where proceeds collected is allocated to social work with underprivileged children. Coplas remains a major concern with the development of its employees, and for this purpose, provides incentive to intellectual and cultural development programs.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Coplas Quality Management System has been certified since 2001 according to standard ISO 9001:2015. Monitoring the processes, it warrants the quality and compliance of products and the satisfaction of clients’ needs, as agreed.
